AI Work

The craft didn't change. The ceiling did.

AI collapsed the distance between idea and shipped product, and I rebuilt my process around it. The foundation is the BMAD Method, a structured framework that moves from product requirements through architecture, UX spec, and build in defined stages. My toolkit runs the full workflow: Claude Code and Cursor for development, Figma's AI tools and MCP integration to connect design directly to the build, Claude Design for rapid visual exploration, and a highly customizable delivery template I created that powers everything here, including these case studies. I even built a self-starting installer so complete beginners can spin up the BMAD Method and an Anthropic account in minutes.

HelloCourt.app

An AI legal platform that puts justice within reach. HelloCourt gives people a choice: navigate court on their own with guided document analysis and step-by-step support, or connect with an attorney at a fraction of the traditional cost. Built solo, licensed under my LLC, and structured around regulatory sandbox authorization from day one.

What you'll find inside isn't a polished retrospective. It's the living document I actually work from, spanning every discipline it takes to ship a product solo: planning artifacts, the full case study, the design system, data architecture, SEO strategy, and security work. It grows as HelloCourt does. Most portfolios show you the highlight reel. This shows you the operating manual.

Bring your own builder. Quorum Plus guides anyone, experienced or not, through planning, designing, and shipping software with AI alongside them every step. It makes structured AI development visual, so you watch your idea become real instead of managing it through documents. In the enterprise, that means POs and PMs can carry an idea from concept to prototype themselves, then bring in devs and designers who continue in the same environment. No handoff loss, one source of truth. Currently on hold while HelloCourt launches, then back in motion.
